Due to the origin of order production, it is difficult to exchange or reimburse by simple change of mind after payment.
In the off-chance size isn’t fitting, we are happy to adjust the size if you send us back the item.
Unfortunately, we neither to accept returns on such items of jewelry as earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor admit any made to order pieces back except there is a problem with sizing.
Items can be returned for adjustments within 7 days from delivery. Items must be returned without damage in the same original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Write us an e-mail prior to any exchange.
